For the Biscuits

Beef broth1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven & prep biscuits: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and gently flatten each one with your hands.
  2. Add the filling: Place one slice of roast beef and one slice of provolone in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  3. Seal them up: Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Make herb butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush & bake: Brush the tops of the biscuits generously with the herb butter mixture. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Warm the broth: While the biscuits bake, heat beef broth in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  7. Serve: Remove the biscuits from the oven and serve them hot with the warm broth on the side for dipping.
