IngredientsQuantities
Mayonnaise¼ cup
Chopped bacon pieces2 Tbsp.
Ketchup3 Tbsp.
Sugar1 tsp.
Relish1 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Shape the Patties: Divide the ground beef into three equal portions and press them into patties, making sure they’re about the same size as your bread slices.
  2. Season the Meat: Sprinkle both sides of the patties with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until done. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Mix the Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, bacon bits, ketchup, sugar, and relish until smooth.
  5. Assemble the Sandwiches: Wipe the skillet clean and reduce the heat to medium. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place three slices, buttered side down, into the skillet. Top each with provolone, a beef patty, and cheddar.
  6. Add the Sauce: Spread the secret sauce on the unbuttered side of the remaining bread slices, then place them on top of the patties, sauce side down.
  7. Toast and Serve: Grill until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted, then flip carefully and toast the other side. Serve hot and enjoy!
